PROGRAM
Diabetes and Our Modern Society
Diabetes is the scourge of the modern society and affects multiple systems including people of all age groups. Based on the current trends, its incidence is set to rise dramatically in the future... and this is a cause for worry. Modern medicine offers many treatments for diabetes and strategies for prevention. The age old science of Yoga has an important role to play in complementing modern medicine.
This event is being organised to create awareness about Diabetes and disseminate information on how we are able to prevent this disease from taking a grip in our society. We will also explore how Yoga can help us in achieving this goal.
